Simone Sherard

Simone is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Simone was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. She attended Howard University in Washington, DC where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduating, Simone began her nursing career at a Level 1 trauma center in Milwaukee where she worked on internal medicine and trauma units. After leaving her hometown, Simone began travel nursing for 2 years during the pandemic. In 2022 Simone moved to Houston, Tx and began working at Houston Methodist Hospital in the Float Pool. At this time Simone was also pursing her master’s degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. She graduated with her MSN, Family nurse practitioner track.
Simone has always had a passion for wellness and treating both internal and external factors of health. She believes when you look good you feel good. This is why she decided to pursue a career in wellness and aesthetics. Simone started off working at a wellness clinic specializing in HRT, weight loss, vitamin injections and IV infusions. She looks forward to building relationships and treating patients here at Z med clinic
Nguyet Nguyen
Healthcare Provider
Nguyet (Whit) was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She graduated with a Master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge that is now known as Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. She has been with Z Med Clinic for 10 years now and considers her work team her second family. Nguyet has experience, but not limited, in family practice, BHRT, weight management, psychiatry, and aesthetics. Nguyet enjoys spending her free time with her family that includes her 2 little daughters. She especially loves taking her little girls to the beach.
Shayla R. Jordan
Healthcare Provider
Shayla is originally from Louisiana. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner; Shayla earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in 2006. While working full-time as a nurse, she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Houston Baptist University and became nationally certified through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. This enabled her to expandher ability to provide healthcare to her patients. She is passionate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall health of her patients and believes in providing individualized and personal care. As a provider at Z Med Clinic, she brings her knowledge and passion to help optimize the experience of each patient. When not helping patients, Shayla loves visiting new restaurants, and traveling with her husband and four children.
Tini Isaac

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of combined clinical experience, including over five years working in urgent care. My background has given me a strong foundation in both acute and preventive care. I’m passionate about helping patients feel their best and take a holistic approach to health and wellness. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with my patients and supporting them in achieving their health goals. Outside of work, I love to travel with my family and experience new places and cultures.
Nadia Shah
Healthcare Provider
Nadia Shah is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN, FNP-BC) with a passion for healthcare and improving the lives of her patients. She has been a registered nurse for over eight years, gaining valuable experience and expertise in various healthcare settings.
Nadia started her career as a registered cardiology nurse working at Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. She then pursued travel nursing. She has worked at various hospitals across the country where she gained hands-on experience in providing patient care and developing clinical skills.
During her nursing career, she realized how important it is to take care of your body internally as well as externally. She pursued a master’s degree in nursing to expand her scope of practice into wellness, beauty, and skincare. Nadia has been a Nurse Practitioner for two years and has a background in functional medicine, wellness, and aesthetics. She is dedicated to educating her clients on “why” when recommending and providing treatments. She strives to give her clients natural-looking results and help lead them to a place of self-love and confidence.
Nadia is enthusiastic about fostering a welcoming environment to enhance each individual’s health and beauty needs. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Allen Ford
FNP, MSN, RN
Allen Ford NP was born and raised in South Texas. He graduated from AC Jones High School in Beeville TX. Right afterwards he joined the US Army and served for four years. Two and a half of those years were spent in the 1st Cavalry Division. Mr. Ford subsequently attended and graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi with Honors in 2007.
His is very experienced in family practice, bio-identical hormone replacement, weight management, as well as cosmetics and health and wellness services.
Allen Ford has taken a myriad of hands-on continuing medical education courses to keep himself up to date on the latest cosmetic procedures and advancements in health and wellness.
His goals are to ensure that all his patient feel and look amazing. He has been a proud member of the Z Med Clinic and Spa family since 2012. Allen is also an active member of the Coastal Bend APRN. He enjoys spending time with his daughter Aubrey, gardening, wood working, fitness, and watching sporting events.
Kimberly Mitchell
FNP
Kimberly was born in Corpus Christi, TX but raised in the United Kingdom. She moved back to Corpus Christi in 2009 and has lived locally since then. She graduated with her B.S.N in 2018 and with a Master’s degree in Nursing for her Family Nurse Practitioner license in 2022 – both at Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi. She has worked in pediatrics, oncology/organ transplantation, family practice and urgent care. Kimberly has always had an interest in aesthetics, physical well-being and engaging in fitness to ensure a healthy lifestyle. The opportunity to join the Z Med family arose at the end of 2023, where she now specializes in weight management and immigration physicals. Her goal is to make patients succeed in looking and feeling their best.
When not at work, Kimberly’s hobbies include cooking and baking, traveling, going to the gym, being anywhere near the water and spending time with her friends, family, husband and two dogs.
Stanly Heckrodt
MD, D.Ph.
Stanly Heckrodt MD received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Sciences Center and then went on to do his internship and residency in family practice at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Interestingly enough, “Dr. H” also holds a PhD in Pharmacy. He is the collaborating physician at Z Med Clinic Corpus Christi. He takes a special interest in aviation (a licensed pilot for over 40 years) and serves as senior aviation medical examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration. He enjoys flying, shooting, hunting, reading and scuba diving with his wife and his two children.
